About Loha
I believe in empowering students to become "So many children need love, reassurance, and attention, and I strive to be that person that builds them up when no one else ever has. I want to not only tell but show my students that with commitment and hard work, they are capable of anything and can be anything that they want to be. I hope to create a safe place for the children in my classroom, where teamwork and empathy are rewarded just as enthusiastically as a good test score. Through love and understanding, I believe that I can help students achieve their highest potential."
Nevertheless, I love teaching math subjects, so I would be a happier person. As a tutor, if any one of the students gets a good result, I feel satisfied with what I am doing.

A good tutoring relationship is a bit like a marriage; the student and tutor have to be able to connect in a certain ineffable way, and there are a dozen things that all have to go just right in order for that to happen. If any one of them goes wrong, the whole thing is ruined.
First and foremost, I must learn to love craft.
The reason I say “love craft” is that a steadfast can-do attitude, even in full awareness of all these obstacles, is absolutely essential to the practice of tutoring. If I fail to convince the student, or myself, that I can lead them to success, then the student will pick up on that right away and it's going to be downhill from there, guaranteed. The successful tutor is an inexhaustible source of encouragement, helpfulness, and a positive growth mindset.
