About Tina
Hi!! My name is Tina Huang. I have been living in New Zealand for 10 years. With years experience of living abroad, I realized that language is such an important tool for communication. Being a Mandrain tutor is such a great experience because not only I can help others with their Mandrian skills improvement but also, more importantly, I am able to help more people to get to know about this new communication tool so that people can explore the world a bit more.
In my lessons, you won’t be stuck with dry grammar rules or boring textbook sentences. Instead, I use fun and engaging materials like photos, videos, PowerPoints, and games to help you learn real, natural Chinese. You’ll see how Chinese is actually used in real life, not just in textbooks, so you can start understanding and speaking with confidence in a relaxed and enjoyable way.

Perfect! Tina is a very good tutor. She was super nice to me during the lesson and answered every question of mine. Her way of teaching is also great. I have already learned soo much in my first lesson. I would definitely recommend her to everyone that wants to learn Chinese in a fun but challenging way:)

Tina is an amazing Chinese tutor who really takes the time to adapt each lesson to your learning style and proficiency level. She is incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging, and she goes beyond just teaching the language by sharing insights into Chinese culture and current trends in China. This makes every lesson engaging, interesting, and something I genuinely look forward to!
