About Banu
As a dedicated educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a PGCEi from the University of Birmingham, I bring both professional training and real teaching experience to my students. My years with Arus Academy and Sekolah Buku Jalanan Chow Kit shaped my commitment to equitable, empathetic education and strengthened my ability to teach diverse learners with professionalism and care. I personalize every lesson to match each student’s learning style—whether they thrive with structure, real-world connections, or exam-focused techniques—so they feel supported, confident, and capable. With 2 years’ teaching secondary school and 2 years’ 1-on-1 A-Level tutoring experience, I support A1 and A2 learners to excel confidently.
