About Lindsey
I have 13 years experience teaching AQA psychology and act as subject lead. Working as an examiner has enhanced my teaching. I have also worked as a careers adviser in a university setting and I am an Associate Lecturer at The Open University. I decided to undertake private tuition, both online and in person. I genuinely enjoy tutoring and can provide positive feedback from previous students.

As an experienced psychology teacher, I aim to quickly put my students at ease. Psychology is such a fascinating subject, but students can feel overwhelmed by it. In my tutoring sessions I work on building knowledge and the confidence to apply it. Focus is placed on preparation for the exam but I hope tutoring sessions are also enjoyable and interactive. After each session I set practice work, and this is assessed as part of the service I offer.
