About Farids
I am an experienced Economics teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience. I also work as an examiner and moderator for both IB and IAL Economics (Edexcel). I have a strong track record of helping students achieve top grades, with a significant proportion attaining A* and level 7 results in Economics. I am passionate about making Economics engaging, relevant, and accessible by linking theory to real-world examples. My approach focuses on clear, structured explanations, strong exam technique, and building student confidence. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their understanding, while also encouraging independent thinking and a genuine interest in the subject.
