I encourage my students to talk as much as possible and to try to use their existing vocabulary to make sentences and ask questions. Expressing yourself and making mistakes is part of the learning process. While I always provide tailor-made lessons, I usually start my lesson with a free talk session, and continue with grammar, text reading or anything you have chosen to focus on. In my lessons, use texts, newspapers articles, grammar books, or a material you can choose.
