About Eric

Hello ! My name is eric , I have been teaching english online for 3 years , I am qualified with TEFL and TEYL 2019 , and have taught over 5,000 students from all over the World. I like to establish a relaxed lesson with the student , even laughing I find helps to make for a better overall result, as I have had many students who like this style of teaching. I enjoy guitar , piano and singing and Iove to watch many sports and play pickleball. I am a caring, motivated teacher and look forward to getting the best out of you, so that you are happy with the results from our student/teacher relationship.

About the lesson

I like to establish a relaxed teacher/student relationship , as I find this helps the student learn best from a lesson, 30 minutes is the best length I find to get the best result, for the student , 15 minutes , I find is too short, 60 minutes too long. I am experienced with many nationalities over the past 3 years, Saudi, Turkish,Brazilian have been my main source of students, and I have learnt some phrases pertaining to these countries to establish a rapport with the student. Teaching High School and University students I find the most rewarding as they are always keen and bright, but my main student would be the adult who needs a higher IELTS score or just wants to become fluent to travel or find work abroad. I have a TEFL and TEYL from ITTT International, obtained in 2019. The past 3 years I have taught over 5,000 student's in the past 3 years . I correct mistakes said by a student by typing and telling them at the time of their mistake, which I find is the most effective, I relate my business and personal experiences to the student, to give them a real life view of how knowing a language can help in certain situations. I like to bring some humour into a lesson as many students can be nervous, so relaxing a student I find brings the best result for the student.
