About Ashleigh
Are you ready to learn to love English? Or at least, to love the grades you achieve? We all know that Language is a skill that can take you across the world; allowing you to adapt yourself to any career that you wish! I have been teaching English Language and Literature for the past 13 years, and have developed a deep passion for passing on my knowledge to others. Even if you feel like you hate English with a burning fire, I will help you to develop your skills so that you can pass. I will also adapt my lessons to whatever your interests are. Big fan of cars? Let's look at some Top Gear articles! Love a bit of anime? Let's write a creative piece based around an episode! However you feel about English, let me help you succeed!

I teach adaptively, evolving my teaching to whichever learning method best suits your learner. The minimum length of my lessons is 1 hour, and I am happy to teach up to three-hour sessions. I have been tutoring for 5 years, both 1 to 1 and in group environments, having helped multiple students exceed their expectations in their exams. I predominantly focus on GCSE learning, but have proficiency from ages 11 to 18. I have taught many different curricula: AQA, Cambridge, Edexcel etc. My lessons are preferably online, but I am happy to have students within my home.
