About Lindsey
I am an experienced English teacher who has recently completed 2 years abroad teaching English as a second language at a private academy to students of various ages and levels. Currently I am teaching ESL (Business and Conversational) to professional adults in South Korea.
I graduated from the University of Toronto with a major in English and a double major in Music History and Book/Media Studies.

I believe that each student learns differently and that should be taken into consideration when teaching regardless of content or subject.
My lessons and teaching style are specially centred on students who want to improve their vocabulary and fluency of the English language. I believe that practise is the best way to become a better speaker and writer. I also believe that hands-on learning and real life situations are important to incorporate into lessons. Learning and understanding the rules of the English language is extremely important, but being able to apply them in day-to-day life is much more rewarding in the long run.
