About Mindi
During my senior year internship in a rehab, I was hired to present lectures and provide individual and group counseling for an outpatient daily treatment center for newly recovering alcohol and dry drug addicts. Once I graduated, I pursued a certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. After 5 years of professional experience, I decided to advance my knowledge and my career by gaining experience as "Mentally ill - chemically addicted" (MICA) counselor. This led me to obtain a master's degree in Counseling Psychology. I then used my advanced degree to work as a supervisor for a housing program for the MICA population. Finally, I obtained my dream job as in Instructor at a local community college!! Now I would like to help you obtain your dreams.
