About Ezra
Hi! My name is Ezra and I’m a young researcher in the field of chemical nanoscience and biomedical engineering. I’m originally from the Netherlands, studied in Spain, and I’m now living in Singapore for my PhD. I have always had a passion for teaching and I enjoy helping others understand science in a simple, stress-free way. Outside of research, you’ll usually find me doing sports or hanging out with friends. I’m here to support you, motivate you, and make science feel a lot less overwhelming. I’m an experienced chemistry teacher and nanoscience researcher with PhD level experience in Biomedical Nanoscience and Engineering. My lessons are clear, structured, and focused on real understanding not just memorization. Most importantly, I understand all students learn differently. I do my absolute best to tailor my lessons so that it fits you best. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s level and needs. We’ll review key theory, solve practice questions together, and tackle exam strategies. I have experience teaching all levels up to bachelor students and understand what material is important at certain levels. What sets me apart is my ability to explain complex topics in a clear, down-to-earth way. I keep my lessons relaxed and approachable. I’m not here as a strict teacher, but as someone who’s been in your shoes and genuinely wants to help. As a young researcher and former student myself, I understand how overwhelming subjects can feel. My goal is to support you the way I supported classmates back in school: with patience, encouragement, and practical strategies. Whether you’re preparing for final exams or just want to feel more confident, I’ll help you build the skills you need to succeed, but without the stressful environment of a classroom.
