I am a certified and experienced yoga trainer with a solid foundation in traditional and modern yoga practices. Holding 300 Hours Advanced International Multilevel Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, 200 Hours International Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, and a 10 Hours Prenatal Yoga Certificate, I bring a comprehensive understanding of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and specialized practices. Over the years, I have guided individuals and groups through yoga sessions tailored to diverse needs—ranging from general fitness and stress management to prenatal care and holistic wellness. My teaching style emphasizes proper alignment, mindful breathing, and the therapeutic benefits of yoga, ensuring both beginners and advanced practitioners gain maximum benefit.
