About Tris
After over a decade working in and adjacent to the healthcare industry, I have gained a wealth of professional care and knowledge. I began this journey in 2013 with a CNA license followed by a MAT license and worked in assisted living. After returning to Wisconsin to finish my degree at UW Madison I obtained my EMT license in 2015 and practiced on a small town EMS service. In 2017 I graduated from UW Madison with a BS in Biochemistry with a certificate in Global Health. I began working for UW Madison Hospital Surgical Pathology lab before graduation. By 2018 I began working for a GMP lab in analytical chemistry and in 2021 I moved into a leading role in Biopharmaceutical Development. Since its conception I was involved in our local Pride (Queer community) Business Resource Group and played a key role in its leadership since 2019. In 2021 I began board and leadership roles within the Pride and Disabled Community Business Resource Groups on a global scale. In 2024 I participated in a reverse mentorship in leadership mentoring an incredibly dedicated VP in global quality control on diversity and inclusion of leadership from the perspective of someone in the largest group of workers we had. My experience in professionalism and teaching others is extensive and diverse. As a neurodivergent professional in STEM with experience in a variety of subfields, I am a dedicated tutor who thinks outside the box and is ready to help you shine!
