About Betty
Hello! My name is Betty. I am an experienced youth and child development professional with over 10 years of experience working directly with children and adolescents. I hold associate degrees in Child Development and Early Childhood Education, and my background includes behavioral support and experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Throughout my career, I have supported children with different personalities, abilities, learning styles, and behavioral needs. I am patient, dependable, encouraging, and passionate about helping young people reach their full potential.
I understand that children with autism may learn and communicate in different ways, so I focus on meeting each student where they are while providing structure, encouragement, and individualized educational support. I strive to create a comfortable and positive environment where students can build confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
