About Malte
Hallo zusammen! My name is Malte, and I am a teacher of German as a foreign language with extensive experience in online and face-to-face teaching. To date, I have taught approximately 2,000 lessons to learners from 29 countries, including school pupils, students, professionals, and language enthusiasts.
I am a German native teacher with a passion for German language and culture. For several years, I have been successfully teaching German online to school pupils, students, professionals, and language enthusiasts from all over the world. My lessons are individual, practical, and tailored to your goals—whether for work, study, school, communicating with your partner, traveling, or official language exams.
My lessons receive consistently excellent feedback on the language learning platforms I use, with ratings exclusively in the top range (4.9–5.0). I also had the privilege of teaching singer-songwriter Kelvin Jones, who also gave me a 5-star rating.

I usually offer a balanced mix of grammar and vocabulary lessons as well as conversation. My teaching is varied and includes different types of exercises and media. I teach most students 1 to 4 times a week and give targeted homework after each lesson. If you have specific topics that you would like me to cover in more depth or focus on, I will of course tailor the lessons to your individual needs and goals!

Malte ist absolut wunderbar. Ich lerne seit über einem Jahr Deutsch mit Malte und kann ihn uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Er ist ein sehr geduldiger, freundlicher und kompetenter Lehrer. Jedes Mal, wenn ich einen Fehler mache, korrigiert er mich sofort, sei es in der Aussprache oder in der Grammatik. Wir arbeiten gemeinsam mit einem Lehrbuch, und er gestaltet den Unterricht stets abwechslungsreich und motivierend.
Durch seine freundliche und angenehme Art fühle ich mich sehr wohl im Unterricht, weshalb ich zweimal pro Woche jeweils zwei Stunden mit ihm lerne. Zusätzlich schauen wir interessante YouTube-Videos zu verschiedenen Themen, unter anderem über Reisen rund um die Welt, um mein Hörverständnis zu verbessern.
Malte ist ein großartiger Lehrer, der sein Wissen mit Leidenschaft vermittelt. Er ist absolut vertrauenswürdig und für mich ein echter „Superprof“.I highly recommend Malte as a German language tutor.
