About Angela
I have worked as a secondary school teacher for over ten years. I am now keen to focus my attention on private tutoring. I am a happy mother of two primary school aged children. I have raised my children bilingually in Italian. My passion has always been the Japanese language and culture. I have visited Japan five times: on scholarship, teaching English, and for a cultural teaching program. In addition, I thoroughly enjoy teaching English as a Second language, especially delighting in the rewarding interactions and experiences with international students.
My hobbies include reading, cooking and travel.

Instilling a love of learning languages and discovering the joy of bilingualism are at the core of my profession as a teacher and tutor. I live to teach students Japanese language and culture, and ESL, and to guide, motivate and inspire them in their language learning journey.
Our lessons will be centered around students' learning needs and interests, with maximum opportunities to speak in the the target language. I will continuously introduce, review and reinforce grammar and vocabulary through a variety of activities and exercises.
