About Alison
I am a creative teacher with over 20 years experience behind me. During that time I have taught students in the primary, secondary and further education sectors. I have also taught adults preparing for higher education. I have led a team of teachers as subject leader and worked as a GCSE examiner.
My approach to learning is very student centred and I take the time to find out exactly what the needs of my students are before starting any tuition. I tailor lessons to suit the preferred learning styles of my students and always make learning fun and engaging. One of my main aims is to help students to become confident learners who believe in their ability to be their absolute best!
