About Rosilda
My greatest strength is bringing out the best in people and maximising their skills and performance. I have a keen interest in professional and personal development, with a special focus on coaching techniques.
I have spent several years working for a different companies as part of the Learning and Development team. I have extensive experience tailoring, designing and facilitating training sessions to groups, as well as individuals. With a CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Learning and Development I am well versed in the theory of how people learn, along with the latest findings in Neuroscience on how make learning for efficient and effective.
I've started my journey as a professional and personal coach, with experience in professional coaching. Alongside this I am currently working on becoming an internationally accredited coach in transformational coaching.

Each session is completely tailored to the individual's needs and I will draw up a proposed learning journey based on what the individual wants to achieve. Coaching sessions are largely led by the coachee so I will be keenly listening to your thoughts and encouraging you to think deeply and critically to help you to come up with your own solutions and ideas to help you reach your goal.
