I'm a fun, outgoing individual that likes to make learning fun. I enjoy many activities and cooking is one of them. I enjoy sports, walking and have a passion for the outdoors. I thrive on helping individuals achieve their goals. I enjoy tailoring education to an individuals needs and requirements.

Lessons are tailored to the individual. Length of engagement, triggers and learning methods are all factors that are catered for. Adapting the work to suit the individuals needs. A full PHP is provided as part of my service.
A PHP is a Personal Handling Plan that helps care and educational professionals understand an individual. In simple terms it's a set of instructions of how to best support, understand and work with the individual.The PHP highlights triggers and prevents escalation. Crisis can be highlighted and the PHP can be used to teach the individual how to self regulate. The PHP highlights calming strategies that work effectively with the individual and display restorative practice. The PHP has previously been used to support students I've worked with previously in UK schools and my work in Ukraine.
