About Ken
Born into poverty to a single mother in rural Tennessee I’ve built a career from the ground up. I’ve earned multiple graduate degrees, worked for clients like Netflix, IBM, Apple and dozens of others. But along the way I’ve built great friendships, made crushing personal and professional mistakes and have somehow managed to build a successful small consultancy that allows me to also maintain my life as an independent artist. I’ve studied all over the globe including New York University and the University of Paris. I’ve even designed educational programs for Netflix’s next generation of experience designers. While definitely passionate about technology and design, I am extremely committed to lifting up folks who want to build or transition careers into any empathy related work.
