About Spenser
I have taught loosely for the last 6-8 years many students have improved by 2 letter grades with just a couple of hours a week. I have taught about 40 students, all have passed their degree or certificate concentrations. All with two hours or less per week.

I am receiving a degree in Exercise Science and Psychology. I have 150 college hours dedicated to Human Sciences. I hold an American College of Sport's Medicine Personal Trainer certification, a Cross Training Level 1 Certificate, OrangeTheory Fitness Certified Coach and am about to receive A certificate from the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise physiologist.
I love to teach because I love to learn I have always tutored others and I continue to read and further my understanding. I teach scientifically through the use of encouragement and reinforcement as well as deductive and applied reasoning.
