I currently work with Olympic sport athletes that currently compete on the world stage at the highest level, and with developing athletes. I have a great understanding of Strength & Conditioning and Sport Science, and use it in my work everyday.
I love sport, love coaching/teaching, and loved Physical Education during my school years
