About Natalia
I am an elementary educator, with a variety of teaching and tutoring (adults and children) experience. I taught and privately tutored ESL in South Korea for two years. I was also the 3rd grade math and science teacher for KIPP SHARP College Prep, a National Blue Ribbon School in Houston, for 4 years. I was able to ensure that over 90% of my students passed the Texas state exam for mathematics each year I taught there.

It's important to believe in your students. If they know you believe in their capability, they will believe it themselves. I strongly feel that repetition and consistency are two key factors when teaching or tutoring anyone in any subject/language. Also, each lesson must be engaging and relevant for them, so I focus my lessons around those values. In my experience, patience and support always yield great results, so as long as I stay true to those concepts, my students will have the best success.
