About Nihaarika
Hi, I’m Nihaarika! I’m a friendly, patient and enthusiastic Year 11 student who enjoys helping younger students feel more confident with their schoolwork.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I take the time to explain things clearly and adjust my approach to suit each student. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes without feeling embarrassed.
I offer English, reading, writing, homework and study support for students in Years 3–7. My aim is not just to help students complete their work, but to help them understand it and develop skills they can use independently.
As a current Year 11 student, I understand the importance of staying organized, preparing for assessments and finding study techniques that actually work. I bring a positive and encouraging attitude to every lesson and will always do my best to make learning enjoyable.
I look forward to helping students build their confidence and reach their potential!

About my lessons
Hi! I’m Nihaarika, a friendly and enthusiastic Year 11 student offering English and homework support for students in Years 3–7.
My approach is focused on making learning feel comfortable, simple and encouraging. I aim to understand what each student is struggling with before working through it step-by-step. I can explain concepts in different ways, provide examples, and help students build confidence rather than simply giving them the answers.
I can support students with:
* Reading comprehension
* Vocabulary and spelling
* Writing and sentence structure
* School homework
* Assignments and assessments
* Study skills and organisation
* Preparing for upcoming tests
Lessons are typically 45–60 minutes, depending on the student’s age and needs. I can adapt each lesson to what the student is currently learning at school.
As a Year 11 student, I understand what it feels like to have schoolwork that seems confusing or overwhelming. My goal is to create a patient, positive and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes while they learn.
My lessons are suitable for primary-school students through to Year 7 who would benefit from extra English, homework or study support.
