I am a confident and proficient user of a wide variety of cutting edge technologies. I utilise my technologies skills on a daily basis to provide academically rich engaging environment for my students, supporting my learning programs. In my role as Learning Assistance Coordinator and Student Welfare Officer I have been responsible for developing student data banks that identified and tracked individual progress, needs, strengths and weaknesses, cultural and economic backgrounds, disabilities and personal interests. This tracking and analysis identified the support needed by students and informs teachers of these needs. I utilised my extensive professional development experiences to gather innovative ideas, share them with colleagues and parents. By utilising this data in my classroom programming and sharing it with parents who could support their children, students made significant academic progress by addressing areas of weakness.
