One of my greatest joys in tutoring has been watching students go from hesitant speakers to confident communicators. For example, I once worked with a student who was terrified of speaking French in class; through weekly one-on-one conversations, guided improvisation, and a focus on building confidence step by step, she not only passed her course but developed a love for the language that continues today.
