About Dane
With over 10 years of experience as a vocal coach, I am dedicated to helping students enhance their singing abilities through personalized instruction. My teaching approach is tailored to each student's unique needs and goals, whether they are looking to improve their vocal technique, develop performance skills, or gain control over their breath. I strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students can build their confidence and achieve their full potential as singers.
Outside of teaching, I have a deep passion for exploring various musical genres and performing. I regularly engage in singing and songwriting, which allows me to stay connected with current trends and continuously refine my own skills. This active involvement in music helps me bring fresh and relevant insights to my lessons, enriching the learning experience for my students.
In my free time, I enjoy practicing mindfulness and yoga, which helps me maintain vocal health and enhances my teaching. These hobbies contribute to a balanced approach to vocal training, emphasizing relaxation and breath control. They also allow me to connect with students on a personal level, offering practical tips for managing stress and improving overall well-being, which can positively impact their singing performance.

My specialization in vocal technique ensures that students gain a solid foundation in the essential aspects of singing. I teach proper vocal exercises and techniques to improve tone, pitch, and range, helping students achieve a more powerful and controlled sound. In addition, I emphasize the importance of breath control, guiding students through exercises that enhance their ability to sustain notes and manage their airflow effectively.
Performance skills are a crucial component of my lessons, as I believe that connecting with an audience is as important as technical proficiency. I work with students on stage presence, expression, and interpreting songs to convey emotion and connect with listeners.
