I teach chess with a focus on structured learning, practical application, and developing analytical thinking. Students learn to evaluate positions carefully and make logical, informed decisions. Openings are introduced through guiding principles to allow flexibility and understanding. Tactical skills are strengthened through repeated practice of key patterns including forks, pins, skewers, and discovered attacks. Middle-game instruction emphasizes planning, piece coordination, and identifying weaknesses in opponents’ positions. Endgames are taught gradually, covering essential concepts like opposition, king activity, pawn promotion, and basic checkmate techniques. Complex positions are broken down into smaller steps for clarity. Reviewing students’ games is central to my approach, turning mistakes into learning opportunities. Lessons incorporate puzzles, interactive exercises, and analysis of master and student games to reinforce learning. Students gradually improve pattern recognition, calculation, and positional evaluation. My teaching style is supportive, structured, and motivating. Each session develops confidence, practical skill, and strategic foresight. Chess becomes both intellectually engaging and rewarding.
