About Daniel
5 years of Karate, followed by 15 years of Kung Fu (including teaching), in sync with 10 years of Qi Gong (including teaching again), and now Kriya Hatha Yoga since 2021 (teaching, teaching, teaching!). As long as all these disciplines are genuine, Ki/Qi/Prana is an intrinsic part of all of them, an integral part throughout the practice.

Either on-line, at your place or in my studio, a typical session will:
1. Begin with the Horse-Riding Stance (also known as Posting), which will fill your body with vital energy (Qi), fortifying it while allowing you to feeling it;
2. “Empty Force in Movement Qi Gong” (or “Health Qi Gong”), which will recalibrate the energy of the main organs, increases and strengthens Qi;
3. Exercises to help you feel Qi.
Also available: Wudang Five Animals Qi Gong (Wu Xing Qi Gong)
