About Tiia
I am currently studying marketing at university looking to do tutoring on the side. I am very passionate about helping children learn in the best way for their needs and understanding their ways. During my upbringing I have had several tutors and over the years I have had lots of experience in understanding learning and engagement techniques.

With previous experience in tutoring and teaching, each lesson will be different tailored to the needs and focuses of the individual. They will include a range of learning techniques, activities and questions. From personal experience I know no two people learn in the same way therefore I am very adaptable to teaching in several different ways to ensure success for each pupil.
Each lesson can consist of 1 hour or 2 hours. Before each lesson, I will prepare materials based on focuses discussed. During the lesson, we will start with a quiz to obtain the current level of understanding and knowledge, moving onto some teaching of concepts and theory. Then we will focus on some understanding and practice questions. Ending with another quiz and discussions of next lesson's focus as well as feedback to pupil and parents if desired.
