About Claire
I am an online tutor currently working for two companies. First is 1-1 classes working with students of all levels and abilities, developing their English Language skills in reading, listening and speaking. My second position is teaching international university students (specifically 8 classes of 30 students). My responsibilities are developing their academic writing skills, structuring and developing their written essays.

I find that each student in unique, therefore, lessons should be treated as such. My approach is student-centered, developing their skills in the areas they need, teamed with a topic that they enjoy learning about!
Practical-based learning is the most effective way to teach students, as they are likely to learn so much more-I try my best to apply this methodology every time I am teaching.
