About Renee

Hello! My name is Renee and I am a dedicated English tutor and current Political Science student at the Australian National University. I’m passionate about helping students improve their reading, writing, and communication skills in a way that is engaging, effective, and tailored to their needs. I have experience working with primary school-aged children, but I’m happy to support students of all ages in their English learning journey. About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is personalized, and I focus on engaging students and building confidence. I like to use a mix of interactive activities, discussions, and exercises. Most of my experience is with primary school-aged children and helping to get them excited about English and build their confidence in reading and writing, however depending on what your child needs in a tutor specifically, I am happy to work with all ages. I am based online, and because all children learn in a different way, I don't have a set time that my lessons run for, and I'm happy to work with you to figure out an ideal time that benefits everyone. My goal is to create a positive and supportive learning environment, tailored to help each student reach their full potential at their own pace.
