About Iveta
Hello,
I am a teacher with 26 years teaching experience. I was born in former Czechoslovakia, though, my mother language is Hungarian.
From elementary school up to high school, we had the Russian language as a compulsory subject.Therefore, as a child, I grew up with four languages (Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Russian)
Some of them I was able to utilize at my private Day Care Centre in my hometown.
Later on, I moved to England where I worked for 7 years at Wellington college and, in a natural way, I was able to improve my English.
Currently, I am residing one of the most beautiful Caribbean islands, Dominican Republic.

Despite my major is the Social work and Psychology, I became an English teacher.
I was giving English lessons to Spanish speaking students at a local university in Santo Domingo - the capital city of Dominican Republic.
The teaching became my hobby because it is very rewarding and can be fun. It is not only about giving but receiving as well.
My another hobby is a cooking and baking. I am eager to share with you the Slovak, Czech and Hungarian traditional cousins.
Therefore do not hesitate, give a try. You will be surprised how big is your potential.
Here is a little motivation for everyone who thinks that learning the other language is impossible.
My favourite quote from actress Currie Fisher:
" Stay afraid, but do it anyway. What is important is the action.
You do not have to wait to be confident.
