About Ruksar
Hi, I'm Ruksar - A qualified Secondary teacher based in Ajman, holding an iPGCE (Secondary), passed with Distinction, from Plymouth Marjon University, alongside a BA (Hons) in Sociology from the University of Mumbai. I teach English, covering both language and literature, for secondary-level students, entirely online.
My lessons focus on building strong reading comprehension, essay writing, grammar, and analytical skills, along with exam technique for coursework and assessments. I bring a genuine passion for storytelling and communication into every session, helping students not just improve their grades but actually enjoy the subject.
Lessons are conducted virtually, giving you the flexibility to learn from anywhere with a stable, focused one-on-one session. I'm also fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and Gujarati, which can help explain trickier concepts to students more comfortable in another language.
