About Kanchan
Hello, I'm Kanchan, a dedicated MA student currently pursuing my Master's at University of Delhi. My educational path begins with the struggles of not letting myself out, but from a gradual love for reading and a love for my English teacher at DAV Public School. I felt an urge to learn, teach more and to embrace what I am good at. It's been 5-6 years since I have been home tutoring students in classes 5th to 10th. Journey has been difficult but indeed self-satisfying, from procuring a B.A. English from Gargi College, University of Delhi and now in Hindu College for my Master's in English. I am a keen writer and an impulsive reader, worked with the Aam Aadmi Party as Social Media Content Head and worked as a teacher with Pehchaan: The Street School and find peace in writing my own drafts of poems, articles, and short stories in WordPress. My academic endeavor led me to have the privilege of presenting, publishing pieces and papers at various universities. Beyond my humble academic gains and minor milestones, I find great joy and artistic expression in painting canvas, immersing into movies and old Hindi songs and creating small crafty things. For me, education is a lifelong journey rather than just a profession. I truly believe that the connection between a student and a teacher is incredibly special. My goal is to support and empower you to the best of my ability, while always learning alongside you. I am excited to begin this educational adventure together, where curiosity lights the way.
