About Sara
Hi! My name is Sara and I'm a tutor who is passionate about languages, literature, and theatre. I studied English Philology, and I’ve been teaching English and Spanish to students of all ages and levels. I believe learning a language should feel exciting and natural—not stressful or boring. In my lessons, I focus on real communication, building confidence, and making sure you enjoy the process. Whether we're chatting, reading, or working on grammar, I always try to keep things interesting and engaging. For beginners, I place extra focus on pronunciation and everyday phrases, while advanced learners benefit from deeper grammar, fluency, and cultural insights. Each lesson combines the four core skills—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—and is tailored to the student’s goals and learning style. I also offer bilingual explanations in Spanish when needed, especially helpful for beginner or Spanish-speaking students. Lessons typically last 60 minutes, though I can adapt the duration based on your schedule and preferences. Sessions can be held online or in person (if local), and I provide follow-up materials and optional homework to reinforce learning between classes. I hold a degree in English Philology and have 5 years of experience teaching both English and Spanish to students of all ages, from children and teenagers to adult learners. I’ve worked with individuals and small groups, including professionals, university students, and beginners.
