About Ross
I'm a Biology graduate who has worked in financial regulation, the charity sector, and national government departments. I am a professional interviewer who has spoken with basically every demographic of English speaker from beginner to native.
I'm not a boring ESOL tutor. I couldn't care less about a participle or tense. You'll need to know those things, but I won't teach you them.
I've noticed that English learners are often confused and can't find their way into real-life conversations despite achieving whatever grade of English in a formal setting. I want to break down these barriers so non-native speakers can understand the informal conventions of actual conversation.
