About Yu Ting
Hello! My name is Yu Ting, and I am an aspiring English tutor with a strong passion for language, literature, and helping students build confidence in English.
I recently completed my IGCSE examinations and am currently awaiting my results. Throughout my studies, I developed a solid understanding of English Language and English Literature, particularly in essay writing, text analysis, grammar, and exam techniques. I am committed to explaining concepts clearly and adapting my teaching to each student's learning style.
As a tutor, my goal is not only to help students improve their grades but also to help them become more confident writers, readers, and communicators. I believe that every student learns differently, so I focus on creating a supportive, patient, and encouraging learning environment where questions are always welcome.
I prepare lessons carefully, provide constructive feedback, and ensure that students understand the reasoning behind every answer rather than simply memorizing content. Whether you need help with grammar, essay writing, comprehension, literary analysis, or exam preparation, I will work with you step by step to help you achieve your goals.
