About Matilda
About Matilda CELTA qualified teacher with seven years experience. As a qualified CELTA teacher, I have worked with a range of clients based in Brazil, Italy, Poland, Germany, France, Turkey, Thailand, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. My clients have also worked in the following sectors: tech, creative, higher education, accounting, finance and medicine. As well as working in education, I have extensive experience as a mentor and youth work practitioner. As a senior mentor for the National Citizens Service (NCS), I facilitated public speaking workshops in supporting young people, aged 15-17 to build communication skills, confidence and speaking out on issues which matter to them, in preparation for university, the world of work and their daily lives.

Matilda is a very good teacher. I studied with her for 2 years and she helped me to improve in my speaking and listening. When I went to London we had the opportunity to drink a coffee together: this was a great experience because Matilda is a good prof but also a fantastic person so it was good to spend time together!
I have had the pleasure by meting Matilda six months ago.
Before I met her, I used to lack the experince and confidence to communicate effectively in English during interviews and social settings. As soon as I started working with her, I focused on changing my mindset and strategies to increase my confidence in speaking English.
