About Tahta
I am a First Class graduate in Marketing and Brand Management from the University of Greenwich with a strong passion for writing and communication. Throughout my academic journey, I consistently achieved high grades in essay-based assessments and research projects, and I am currently in the process of publishing my dissertation.
I have experience leading and mentoring students through my role as founder and president of a university society with over 100 members. This has strengthened my ability to explain ideas clearly, guide structured discussions, and support others in developing confidence.
I genuinely enjoy helping students improve their writing, express their ideas clearly, and feel more capable in English. My approach is patient, structured, and focused on building both skill and confidence over time.

My English lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s level and goals. I teach KS2 to GCSE students, focusing on reading comprehension, creative writing, grammar and exam preparation.
In our first lesson, I assess your current level and identify specific areas to improve. From there, I create a clear plan to build your confidence and skills step by step.
A typical lesson includes:
• A short warm-up activity to activate thinking
• Clear explanation of the focus skill
• Guided practice with support
• Independent work to build confidence
• Detailed feedback with practical improvements
For KS2 students, I focus on building strong foundations in reading, vocabulary, sentence structure, and creative writing. For GCSE students, I support essay structure, analysis, exam technique and improving grades.
I aim to make lessons supportive but challenging. Students leave with clear feedback, improved understanding and practical techniques they can apply in school immediately
