About Willow
I'm a triple major in Secondary Education, English Literature, and TESOL/Applied Linguistics at a private college. I have worked with students from all around the world who speak English at different levels and speak a plethora of different languages. In my time teaching ESL, I have consistently shown a high-level of competence in the field.
Additionally, I have worked with ESL students who have learning impairments and disabilities.

I teach students how to speak English by tailoring their experience to their specific interests and needs.
If a student wants to learn more about casual conversation, I can teach them basic native conversation techniques. If the student is looking to become a nurse in an English-speaking country, I will teach them "medical English".
A typical lesson plan would include all of the 4 main language components: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The lessons would be tailored to each student's proficiency and needs based on observations and assessments.
I am very well versed on Applied Linguistic theory as well as pedagogical theory. My students will be taught using the most recent and effective literature in the field of English learning. Additionally, I speak Korean at a level 3 TOPIK proficiency.
These lessons are for anyone who would like to either improve their English skills or start from scratch.
