About Farah
I am an enthusiastic and dedicated tutor, understanding that each student has different requirements and methods of learning effectively to help them achieve their best potential. I am currently studying Drama/Acting at The Oxford School Of Drama and can offer tuition and learning and training support in the Performing Arts and Drama School Auditions students might have, including online auditions. I have professional experience of teaching English and Maths up till GCSE Level, and also can tutor GCSE English Language, Literature, Drama, Math, History, Geography and Sciences as well as provide lessons in A Level English Literature, Government and Politics and Drama And Theatre Studies. Having been through the process of both University admissions for academic degrees as well as performance based auditions for vocational drama school courses, I can offer support and guidance in the interview, application and audition process for both these higher education avenues.
Availability- I am available all day till the January 18th (inclusive) and from then available on weekdays from 6pm and all day during weekends.
I have had the experience of working as a tutor at ParchHill Tuition Centre, where I taught Mathematics and English to students from the ages of 5 up till 16, covering a wide range of subjects from basic phonetics and numbers to 11+ Entrance Exam and GCSE preparation. I have also taught English during an Outreach program during Sixth Form and worked as a teacher's assistant across Reception to Year 5, covering a wide range of subjects and pastoral care. Whilst living in Pakistan for a few years I taught students in my local town and village and have the ability to adapt to the best mode of teaching for each person.
