About Maria
I am current student at UWA studying a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society and English & Literature with a direct pathway to the Juris Doctor. I am an aspiring lawyer and with a passion for books, antiques and anything pink! My goal is to ensure every student feels comfortable with learning and realises their full potential!

I am a 2021 graduate, meaning that I can definitely relate to current students in high school! I have a friendly disposition and have experience in teaching students ranging from year 7 to 12.
My lessons typically last for an hour and a half, leaving ample time to work with content without tiring students too much.
I can help you with:
- ATAR English for years 11 and 12: I graduated with a 95 scaled score in English ATAR. I can help you analyse texts, write and edit. I was an English ATAR student too once upon a time, I have experience with the style of in-class assessments, exams and WACE.
- All subjects Years 7 to 10 & General subjects years 11 and 12: I am a well rounded student and have tutored for maths, science, HASS and english. I have helped my students with the editing of their assignments and understanding content. You can chose which subjects you would like to focus on for the lesson. (Please inform me of the specific topic in the subject you would like to focus on beforehand, to allow me to do some lesson preparation.)
