About Krishay

I am a first-year college student majoring in electrical engineering with a passion for tutoring in physics and math. My love for these subjects began in my sophomore year of high school when I took my first physics class. Since then, I have excelled in both high school and college-level courses, including calculus, statistics, and discrete mathematics. Outside the classroom, I apply my knowledge to my robotics team, where we build devices to automate everyday tasks. In my free time, I enjoy dancing and playing pickleball. I can't wait to meet new students and help them achieve their academic goals!

Tutoring Services Description
Welcome to my tutoring services, where I am dedicated to helping middle and high school students excel academically and build a strong foundation for their future studies. Here’s how I approach tutoring and share my knowledge to ensure your success:

Teaching Method and Techniques
My teaching method revolves around a deep understanding of concepts before diving into problem-solving. I believe that a solid grasp of fundamental ideas is crucial for students to apply their knowledge effectively. To achieve this, I use a variety of techniques, including interactive discussions, visual aids, and real-world examples, to make learning engaging and relatable.

A Typical Lesson Plan
Each lesson is structured to maximize learning and retention:
1. Review of Previous Topics**: We begin by revisiting concepts from previous lessons to reinforce understanding and build a strong foundation.
2. Introduction of New Topics**: New material is introduced in a clear and organized manner, ensuring students understand the core concepts before moving on.
3. Problem Walkthroughs**: I guide students through multiple problems, demonstrating step-by-step solutions and encouraging them to think critically.
4. Quiz and Test Review**: To prepare for assessments, we review quiz and test material, focusing on areas that need improvement and practicing exam techniques.

What Sets Me Apart
What distinguishes me as a tutor is my emphasis on concept mastery. Unlike many tutors who rush into problem-solving, I ensure that students spend adequate time understanding and internalizing concepts. This approach not only boosts their confidence but also enables them to tackle complex problems independently. Additionally, I tailor my teaching style to each student’s learning pace and preferences, providing personalized support and encouragement.

Who the Lessons Are For
My lessons are designed for middle and high school students who are looking to strengthen their academic skills and excel in their classes. Whether you need help with math, science, or other subjects, I am here to guide you through your academic journey with patience and dedication.

Join me in unlocking your full potential and achieving academic success. Let’s make learning a rewarding and enjoyable experience together!
