As a teacher, my approach is to make students feel comfortable and confident. I first understand their level of knowledge and then explain concepts in a simple way using real-life examples. I encourage them to ask questions and make the class interactive. I believe learning should be clear and enjoyable, not stressful. I share my knowledge through clear explanations, practical examples, and continuous practice. I believe repetition and encouragement help students build confidence. For example, while teaching Maths, I focus on solving problems step by step, and in Tamil, I help students improve pronunciation and understanding
