About Sharbani
Hi, I’m Sharry, an engineering graduate with an MBA and a deep passion for teaching math. With several years of experience tutoring elementary and middle school students, I’ve helped learners of all abilities gain confidence, improve their grades, and even start enjoying math! My background in engineering gives me a strong command of the subject, while my business training has strengthened my communication and problem-solving skills. I approach each lesson with patience, structure, and care—adapting to each student’s pace and unique learning style. I take my role as a tutor seriously and strive to create a supportive, encouraging space where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. Whether your child is catching up, preparing for exams, or looking to get ahead, I’m here to help them succeed—with clarity, consistency, and a positive mindset. My Teaching Approach
As an engineering graduate with an MBA, I bring both subject expertise and clear communication to every lesson. I believe in making math approachable by breaking down concepts step-by-step and using real-life examples to spark understanding. My lessons are student-centered—every session is adapted to the student’s pace, learning style, and goals.
What a Lesson Looks Like
Each session starts with a quick review to check understanding and build confidence. We then dive into the day’s topic with plenty of practice, explanations, and discussion. I end with a recap and a short exercise to reinforce learning and track progress.
What Sets Me Apart
I’ve taught elementary and middle school students and know how to create a supportive environment that makes learning less stressful—and even enjoyable! I’m patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping students grow not just in skill, but in confidence.
