Discussions with Malaysia Celcom MSC team to resolve Routing Failure in few service numbers
• FIN services (toll free services): Free Phone Number, Premium Rate Caller and Universal Access Number.
• Installation and configuration of Service portal
• Black box testing of routing nodes using simulated Xlite and Call Detail Record Test Bed
• Preparing test plan, test cases, executing and test report generation using requirements
• Manual Testing, black box testing of Routing nodes for each FIN service. Each service enabled with 3-4 attendant numbers. Routing nodes: Time Division Routing, Location Area Code, Route by Area Group etc.
VPN Lab Administrator (May – August ‘12)
Role: To assign 12 blades of VPN ATAE server to 3 technologies of the VPN team: NGIN, ENIP , eSpace and to provide connections to S3900 SAS disk storage of VPN team
To connect VPN ATAE server to External network and request IP range (12 addresses) required to access the blades from external network
• Installed Universal Server Manager to manage ATAE(Advanced Telecommunication Environment) server blades
