About Alexa
Hi! My name is Alexa Ovalles, and I’m a medical student who loves learning and sharing what I know with others. I’ve always enjoyed teaching because it’s a way to connect with people and make a difference, whether I’m leading study sessions for classmates or helping younger students through mentoring programs. For me, teaching isn’t just about sharing facts; it’s about making learning fun, encouraging curiosity, and helping others feel confident in their abilities. My bilingual skills (English and Spanish) also allow me to connect with a diverse range of learners.
