Usually I like to start with a 5 min chitchat just to make sure we're in a good space. I'm not a therapist but I can understand that your week hasn't been going like you wanted to and I can adapt my class from there. We do a warmup and then some technicals and usually a choreography that we will keep adding to as classes go on.
