About Josh
My name is Josh and I love language, always have. Reading, writing, understanding the history and development of it; it fascinates me how much of life is rooted in how we speak. Everything important to us as people is so because we can think about it, understand it, share it and our thoughts about it with others and none of that is possible without language. As such, English and History were my keenest interests at school, I received A Levels in both and went to university to study Language and Linguistics. It is my hope I can share my enthusiasm for these things with you, and impart a similar passion for learning them as I have.

Travel Fees: I am happy to offer in person lessons. To ensure fairness and cover my travel time/fuel, my travel rates are... -No travel fee within 2 miles of my location. -£0.45 per mile beyond this. (calculated as a round trip) If travelling by public transport; (bus/train) -I charge the exact cost of the return ticket. -No additional per mile fee is added. -If travel is unusually long or requires multiple connections, a small time/admin fee may apply, (E.g. £1-£2) always agree in advance. Payment Methods: -I accept via bank transfer, PayPal or cash. -All payments are arranged directly with students before lessons begin.
